What you can expect
- You design and develop online and offline brand assets for global and local market needs
- You create assets across digital, print, retail, packaging, marketing, and internal communication channels
- You adapt and localize campaigns and brand toolkits for regional markets
- You review and assess market-developed brand assets, providing clear guidance to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines, design systems, and production standards
- You act as a brand guardian, supporting markets in applying brand frameworks correctly and consistently
- You collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and regional teams worldwide
- You manage multiple projects across markets and timelines
- You present design solutions and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
What we expect from you
- You have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design
- You have strong experience developing digital and print assets for global or multi-market brands
- You have a solid understanding of brand systems, governance, and scalable design frameworks
- You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- You have strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- You have experience working with international stakeholders
- You have a high attention to detail and visual quality
- You have professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
