Technical Product Owner (Jira, Confluence, M365)

What you can expect
  • You own the product vision and roadmap for collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
  • You gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories
  • You work closely with development and sourcing teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements
  • You define, manage, and continuously refine the product backlog in alignment with business objectives
  • You monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • You ensure compliance with security, governance, and organizational standards
  • You provide guidance and training to internal teams on best practices and new functionalities
  • You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and actively support implementation and operational activities
What we expect from you
  • You bring at least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within IT environments
  • You have strong expertise in Jira and Confluence administration as well as the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Entra, and Exchange
  • You are experienced in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements
  • You demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • You bring a hands-on mentality, a solution-oriented mindset, and resilience in demanding situations
  • You are a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and identify with the Läderach values and the Läderach Charter
  • You are willing to perform on-call duties and travel within Europe
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
