Senior SAP SuccessFactors Manager

What you can expect
  • You support and develop SAP SuccessFactors and Time Tracking solutions, configuring and enhancing the system to meet business needs
  • You analyze, re-engineer, and continuously improve internal HR processes, translating requirements into system concepts
  • You manage and execute end-to-end migration initiatives, including data transfer, system integration, and rollouts across multiple locations
  • You facilitate workshops, trainings, and presentations, while consulting and supporting business units throughout migration and process changes
  • You contribute to presales activities, proposal writing, and internal project acquisition, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and IT partners.
What we expect from you
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, preferably with migration project experience and certification in at least one module
  • You possess a strong understanding of HR migration, process digitalization, and data integrity, with proven skills in leading migration projects and managing project teams
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities, with a solution-oriented and stress-resilient approach
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus), willing to travel within Europe, and indentification with Läderach values and Charter
