What you can expect
- You create and optimize advanced BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, including scalable data models and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas
- You build and enhance the Data Warehouse, design robust data models, and integrate diverse data sources such as ERP, CRM, and cloud services
- You lead ETL projects with SQL Server Integration Services or Azure Data Factory, ensuring high data quality and maintaining performance in Microsoft SQL Server environments
- You conduct performance tuning, implement security concepts, and establish best practices for data management
- You advise internal stakeholders and coach junior team members
What we expect from you
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar IT role, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling), SQL, and relational databases
- You design and implement data warehouses, manage ETL processes, and work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- You apply Agile methodologies, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into technical requirements
- You demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and teamwork skills, with a solution-oriented and stress-resilient approach
- You are fluent in English (additional languages a plus), willing to travel within Europe, and aligned with Läderach values and the Läderach Charter.
