What you can expect
- You lead the launch and growth of the brand in Italy, actively shaping day-to-day operations and driving results on the ground.
- You take full responsibility for the operational leadership, P&L management, and development of all stores and employees in Italy.
- You drive profitable growth, establish the brand successfully in the local market, and ensure alignment with global business objectives
- You define and implement sales strategies, create national sales plans and quotas, and ensure achievement of business targets
- You actively guide and support store managers with sales strategies, hands-on staff training, and driving operational excellence.
- You evaluate sales results and performance, identify training needs, and implement effective development measures
- You prepare and review annual budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability of all stores in your responsibility
- You analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth
- You anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions promptly
- You coordinate and oversee store openings, expansions, acquisitions, inventories, and retail process improvements
- You suggest new services, products, and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- You actively contribute to strategic decision-making together with the company President and global leadership
What we expect from you
- You bring at least five 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or in a similar senior retail leadership role
- You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
- You are experienced in budget planning, market entry, and multi-site management
- You have excellent analytical skills to measure KPIs and ROI
- You are a strong leader who can motivate, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while demonstrating a hands-on mentality
- You speak excellent Italian and have good knowledge of French and English
- You are passionate about meeting and exceeding business objectives and building markets from the ground up
- You are willing to travel regularly across the country and to headquarters as required
