Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Arbeitsbedingungen und schätze das familiäre Verhältnis meiner Arbeitgeber.
Verbesserungswürdig ist das Umweltverhalten. Wenn ich sehe was tagtäglich im Pausenraum an Kaffeebechermüll produziert wird,wenn man das hochrechnet,ist das echt viel. Pappbecher weg,Tassen her☺️

- Es wurde sogar eine weitere Vakanz angesprochen, die mich sehr interessiert

travailler pour votre entreprise dans votre succursale de Sion n aura été que de la joie. Vendeuse depuis plus de 20 ans,  je n ai jamais été aussi heureuse dans mon travail. Certes, la période des fêtes est intense au niveau travail mais l'esprit d équipe, le respect, le sourire des unes et des autres, l entraide ont fait que tout semblait "facile". J ai reçu un accueil exceptionnel tant de mes collègues que de la gérante Deborah. Je me suis de suite sentie faisant partie intégrante de l équipe. Pas une seule fois je me suis dit "zut je bosse aujourd'hui " bien au contraire!! J aurai tant aimé pouvoir continuer à travailler avec elles toutes mais pas de possibilité  d emploi malheureusement. 
Bref, je ne peux que réitérer mes remerciements à elles toutes pour cette merveilleuse période que j ai pu vivre avec elles. 
Vous avez vraiment de la chance d avoir une équipe pareille pour représenter votre belle entreprise.

Verbesserungswürdig: Mehr Eigenverantwortung für Arbeitnehmer (z.B. Arbeitsaufteilung zeitlich/örtlich), Mehr flexible Arbeitsplätze, in bestimmten Bereichen mehr Struktur/Prozesse, Mehr Anreize wie z.B. Beteiligung bei öV-Ticket, Fitness-Abo etc.

Gute Atmosphäre.. nette Mitarbeiter.. alle.. ob Kafi.. Laden.. Werkstatt oder Lager.schöner Arbeitsort.. und so toll gratis Parkplatz für Mitarbeiter und Kunden!

Not only the position was explained but also how the line manager or the HR attendee feel themselves about the company values and culture really give the will to be part of it.

With the invitation, it could be good to attach the job description since the position is not open anymore. I always save a copy for me but I can imagine it could be a great plus for candidates in general.
